Equestrian Planning Services have successfully obtained detailed planning approval for a new combined stables and agricultural storage barn at Glen Trothy in Monmouthshire. The site which lies adjacent to the applicants caravan park will provide stabling for up to 6no. Shire Horses together with tractor, trailer, hay and feed storage.
A number of planning constraints had to be overcome as part of this application including building within a flood plain and on land within the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The proposals include a new access track linking the site with the highways as well as parking areas for the applicants horse box.
